Payment & Return Policies
Consulting Packages
Payments are outlined under the terms of the contract between you and Leading Concious Change.
Generally, payments include installment payments with an upfront, mid-term, and final payment.
Early termination of the contract by the client will result in the client paying Leading Concious Change all amounts earned under the terms of the contract.
Online Courses (Recurring Payment)
For online courses that are paid on a monthly basis (installment courses), payment is due at the beginning of the month. Payments are set on a recurring schedule and charge automatically to your credit card based on the schedule created at the time of purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with an installment course, you can cancel at any time. You will not be billed after the date of your cancelation request. Payments made for services provided to date will not be refunded.

Access to private content made available to you as part of your installment course will be revoked at the time of your cancelation.
Online Courses (One-Time Payment)
Online courses that incur a one time fee are non-refundable.
If you find you have purchased the wrong online course in error, please email growth@phloxpartners.com and we’ll make a 1-time adjustment to grant you access to the correct course.
If the course you purchased was less expensive than the course you intended to buy, you will be responsible for the difference in cost.
Hourly Consulting
Hourly consulting is paid in advance, at the time your initial appointment is scheduled.
Fees are non-refundable and must be used within 60 days of purchase.
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. We’ll gladly reschedule.
