About Teresa

Coach, Trainer, Consultant

Teresa Fritsch is an expert at unlocking the potential, performance, and collaborative capacity of senior business leaders. Her training programs and coaching practice focus on elevating the thinking and performance of senior business leaders in complex, strategic roles, so they can navigate their teams through complexity and change. 

Teresa partners with organizations (including global finance and consulting firms, higher education,  pharmaceutical, energy, trade associations and non-profits) to advise on leadership development strategy, culture change, innovative leadership development program design and implementation.  She facilitates leadership programs, provides leadership assessments and coaching, for individuals and teams, aligned to the mission and purpose of the organization.  

Teresa has served on the advisory board of the Office of Executive Programs at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, and Conference Board’s Leadership Development Council. She earned a BA with Honors from Towson University and lives in metro Washington, D.C. and currently serves as faculty at Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program.
